CAR members visit LaRue County fairgrounds
Van Meter Fort Society Children of the American Revolution met July 31 at the LaRue County Fairgrounds. Adult leader Beverly Heath explained during a tour of the fairgrounds the LaRue County Fair is the oldest continuously running county fair in Kentucky. This is the 114th year of the fair, with last year being conducted virtually during the pandemic.
